If you're getting an error message upon checkout on our website, follow these steps:
Please use the browser on your PC/laptop. Clear your browser cache and cookies and log out and in again.
Make sure to not put a space before or after the postal code / zipcode. That should hopefully help solving the issue. (Another option would be using PayPal in case you have an account.)
If this couldn't fix the issue, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your account email address
- What's your postal code / zip code?
- What browser/version do you use? Did you try it in the browser on your mobile device or laptop/PC?
- What steps did you take until you received the error
- Please also send along screenshots, if possible.
